Details
Once you have made contact with me and you would like to book an appointment, we will find an agreed day and time.
The first appointment is a chance for you to talk to me about your issues, for me to look at ways to support you and for both of us to decide if we can work together.
If you decide you would like to work with me, we will agree on a time and day, usually the same time and day weekly. If for whatever reason either of us does not feel that we can work together, I will be happy to assist you in finding someone better suited to your needs.
I offer both long and short term therapy. During the first session we can discuss any concerns you may have around counselling as well as your presenting issues, aims and goals to work towards. Sometimes issues can be resolved in just a few sessions. Other times it can take much longer. My work is client led, which means I will support you towards achieving your goals and therefore enhancing your life however long it takes.
I am still able to offer face to face appointments as my office is in line with the latest Government Guidance with regards to the Covid-19 pandemic as well as advice from the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. Telephone and video calls are also available.
Fees
Sessions are £45 for individuals per 50 minutes (expect to pay £50 for evening appointments)
£55- £65 depending on the length of the session for couples per session (expect to pay £60- £70 for evening appointments)
Students and those on benefits or low income can avail of special concessions.
You can find me in the Counselling Directory.
